Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The product should not be damaged
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return, you will need to request it within the 30-day window. Once your return is approved, you can send the item back to us.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery
Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, please report it as soon as possible. We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different item, you can return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- The refund will be processed within 2–3 business days after inspection
- Any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued if:
- The item is returned damaged or used
- The item is not in its original packaging
- The return request is made after the 30-day window
